Asked for well done on the kiosk, the burger was pink in the middle, received a text that the order was ready, was just sitting on the counter not ready, the fry cook does not know how to prioritize big orders. By the time the food came it was cold, under cooked, and over salted…. horrible experience this time. So sad that the workers cannot read or follow simple directions that are on their screens.

Very disappointed their burger was tasteless and needed seasoning and their fries needed salt. Expensive compared to other places. I paid $13 for a hamburger combo that had no taste. . This has to be the worst habit I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here a total of 3 times, hoping each time it gets better but it doesn’t. Costumer service is ridiculous, from the cashier to the order wait time. I always wait here 30+ min and on top of that my food is always cold. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location
