We had an excellent experience today. The food came out quickly, and Way, our server, went out of her way to help us. We brought 6 kids with us, and she made sure we were all taken of. She even helped our picky eaters by preparing plain bread sticks and butter. Great experience!

My child and I ate dinner here and we ordered 4 different pastas and a salad. The pastas and breadsticks were delicious. The salad was not, didn’t look very fresh, and tasted okay, but not great. The baked ziti is awesome and I would recommend it.

Alexa was the highlight of this visit for me! I visit this location often and tonight was the first time in a year that I ran into someone with genuine customer service and knew how to smile. The young lady who took my order was sitting out in the lobby lounging when I came in and had to be called to get my order by the manager. She had no smile or personality appealing what so ever. Thank you Alexa for helping this place out.

The service was off putting, was told I could get a second to think about my order due to THEM not having things, then a different guy comes on the intercom within a few seconds saying please go with your order. The Alfredo was so dry and I guess tomato sauce isn’t included for breadsticks

It takes a while to get your food as this location seems to constantly be inundated with online orders, and I’ve always had to use the ordering kiosk, but it’s consistent. Breadsticks are s-tier and the noodles are usually not mushy.

From the moment I came in I was greeted by friendly faces. There was a line of people and when it came to my order I felt like the cashier was very attentive to what I wanted and needed.
