I tell you what I don’t know what is going on with our local Taco Bell but, the service and quality of food certainly has taken a turn for the worst. Went there this evening to get dinner for my family. I ordered the 2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme and 1 Taco. The only modifications I made was no tomatoes and steak instead of chicken. The pictures show what I got. No sour cream barely any meat or cheese. It would be one thing if this were an isolated issue but, this sort of thing is a chronic problem at this particular Taco Bell. Too many times I have had my order either short or not fixed right or carelessly made at this place. I know its not like some fancy restaurant or anything but, I by god expect to get exactly what I order exactly how I ordered it when I pay for a meal. If you can’t make folks food orders correctly and with care and servitude then don’t work in the food service industry. Come on folks put some pride in what you do or don’t mess with other folks food!

I am so dissapointrd with Carthage, TX Taco Bell. I have ordered from there many, many times because it is Inexpensive, can feed all the teens when they hang out with my son, and quick. But not ONE time has my order been correct. It is ALWAYS missing at least 1item, sometimes 3 or more, they forget the drink or drinks, I never get napkins, sauce, silverware (even when requested through online ordering.)

When we went yesterday almost every table was dirty and we were the only ones inside. We commented to each other about it loude enough to be heard and a few minutes later a young man came out and cleaned them all. The food was good, though, and the service was fine.

Workers need to learn their menu. I ordered chipotle cheddar chalup combo which comes with chipotle sauce and they put sour cream instead. Very very nasty when you do not like sour cream at all. Wasted my money at this place.
