I was in town and decided to have some fresh sushi thinking I’m right near the water the sushi should be fresh…nope I will never come here again! I paid $96 for 4 cali rolls, 1 order of salmon nigiri, 1 order of albacore nigiri, order of vegetable tempura, 1 bento that came with teriyaki chicken, rice, salad and miso soup, 1 dragon roll, 1 rainbow roll and a miso soup on the side. Nothing tasted fresh I’ve had sushi from the market that tasted way better! I thought i was in a nice yummy sushi/poke place but no. My family was very disappointed. It is a small little place next to a vons I think I should’ve just checked there for some sushi instead the place is cute and had a bit of holiday decor but thats about it.

Great little place! I remember this place when they first opened, but now they have ramen! So that’s pretty great, but if you are a regular here for the poki. Then you are in heaven because you fill out a order form on a piece of paper but if you are a regular you can reuse the same form each time! Very practical and I’m thankful for that
