I received a coupon online for a free Magnificent Seven breakfast so my husband and I decided to go there for breakfast. So glad we did. The meal was delicious. Everything came as ordered and they provided a wonderful large carafe of fresh coffee at our table, bigger than I hope. We didn’t have to ask for refills. Our wait staff was very friendly and made sure to check back often to see if there was anything we needed. The restaurant was very clean and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Bathrooms were also well cleaned and stocked. Definitely suggest going there for a good meal, breakfast or dinner.

Don’t eat at the one in Johnson City, TN. By far THE worst customer service/experience ever! We gathered there today to celebrate the acceptance of my sister into her doctorate program and it was a nightmare! We waited over an hour with no food and was simply told our order had been placed just 10 minutes prior! The manager brings out 4 slices of sausage and we waited another 20 -30 minutes before we got our order that was entirely messed up. The waitress spilled honey mister sauce on one of our guests and kept telling us she was quitting her job every time she came to our table. It was a disaster. THEN the manager didn’t want to compensate for our excessive time spent at the establishment, one person in our party wasn’t even able to eat because they had an appointment. Even the “corrected” orders were messed up. We asked for to go boxes that we never got! The manager was reluctant to give a discount until the cook came out and admitted that there was excessive mistakes made on all of our food. They were extremely rude, when we tried to tell them what we wanted they were more interested in making it confrontational and not listening so they could get the order right! Terrible terrible terrible! We won’t be back!

The food was very good. Both my wife and I left happy and full. She had roast beef that was slightly dry but had excellent flavor. I had an omelet that was expertly prepared with a side of hollandaise; and light, tasty pancakes with a variety of syrups. Both Ellen and Becky helped serve us and were very attentive. We’ll be back again soon!

Went with my family and in-laws for Sunday brunch after church. Our food was really good, service was fast, our drinks stayed full. Prices are reasonable. Also my kids love* their muffins with brunch. Mainly senior crowd at that time and day.

I would give this place no stars if possible. Wow, all bad. You walk in its like a mortuary. No greeting, the boy who waited on us, had no interest in being there. We instantly took our food to go. I had the turkey meal, my husband had salmon. When our meal finally arrives, no extra butter as asked for, my gravy is not on the side, no cranberry, no Cajun style as ordered . He gives us no bag no silverware. I have been a server I’m just completely surprised this place is in business. When you see an empty parking lot at dinner time there is a reason. Sadly this place will not be around long at all. I do not recommend this place at all.

After a long night of drinking, french toast and coffee may be required. I recommend you visit the staff of this location who are friendly and fast. They were crowded and understaffed, yet our glasses were full and the food was fantastic. Thank you for your hospitality and patience. Flawless on Sunday at 4 a.m. I’m positive any other time will provide the same standard. Thanks!

This morning was the second time I have waited a long time to be seated. Today, we left and went to IHOP. The management at the Johnson City location changed a couple of years ago and it’s been in decline ever since. I went in a couple of weeks ago and waited 25 minutes to get coffee. Another 15 to give order. Needless to say, when I got my food, it was cold. I mentioned all of this to the waitress and she said the manager said, “Sorry”. It’s usually a good place to eat, but the service is horrible and reflects bad management.

Where to start. Usually my Perkins experience is great. This is the closest location to my home and I don’t like to travel to other locations if I don’t have to. Upon arriving, the staff were all outside smoking and giving us a dirty look, as if they didn’t want to do any work that night. Second, we walk inside and asked about the half price appetizers and pie promotion, which we were told by other locations in our area was a required promotion from corporate, to which their response was “we don’t do that here”. And also in the most rude tone possible. I now drive the extra distance to the Kingsport, TN location. Great service and cleaner facilities here. Please don’t visit the Johnson City location unless you like waiting 1 hour for the smallest of things. No refills either. Not impressed at all.

We were in town for the night and wanted a big breakfast before getting on the road. The server was polite and friendly but the food took almost 40 mins to hit the table. Once it did, it was warm but not overly hot. I found a hair in my hash browns and sent my meal back. The whole experience was super disappointing. Food was meh. The server was sweet. She hooked me up with a blueberry muffin for my trouble.
