I just made an online order at the 5pts West location when I got there to pick it up I was told that they didn’t make the pizza because they were out of dough and they had about 20 cars in the drive thru line. They also told me to cancel my order. There is no way to cancel the order online. I will be calling corporate on Monday because something has to be done about the poor customer service

The fact that I spent my money on pizza for my family and came home to it being horrible!! You guys need to do better!! There is no integrity in this place because if it was you wouldn’t have sold anybody pizza that looked as such! I really would appreciate a refund or a fresh made pizza

Dropped by to get dinner and ordered a ultimate supreme pizza. It was fresh and good and took about 20 minutes. Fast helpful staff. I’d recommend using little Ceasars in 5 points. The only problem for me was the pizza was a bit doughyyyyy.

Very bad customer service and they do not listen to or value the customers. The staff appears to be of a younger age group. They are very unprofessional and the food is undercooked. I refuse to spend a dime of my hard earned money with this location. I would not recommend that anyone eat at this place. Go somewhere else where you are appreciated as a customer.

I’m sitting here right now….. I’ve been waiting for 36 mins for a lunch special (personal pan and drink). The girl told me to pull to the front and wait. When I noticed I’ve been here waiting for so long, I went inside and asked about the wait. The girl at the register (whom was eating pizza) said that she told me to pull back up to the window after 8 minutes. This location is horrible!!! I will never return!! I’d rather go all the way to greensprings.

They are straight garage ! We place our order online and was told to go though the drive thu and once I got to the window she told me they don’t use online service . I was told to pull around to the front . Had to wait another 20 min . It was supposed to be ready at 7:48 and it wasn’t ready until 8:30 . I HATE THAT LOCATION !!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

People we have got to do better. Half cooked or undercooked food in many cases can be harmful to people’s health. When did people stop taking pride in the jobs they choose to occupy. Not only was I told there were no more thin crust pizzas, I was sold a half cooked pizza. My cheesy bread sticks were more thoroughly cooked than the pizza. This was a waist of money.
