My Daughter & I visited this location on 7/27/2023. Our order was taken promptly & we enjoyed a cool & refreshing custard treat. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. After our treat we decided we were actually a bit more hungry & ordered 2 Singles with cheese and veggies. They were absolutely delicious. We will be back. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of us. Ticket #139 @6:12:58 p.m.

We used to often go to the Freddy’s in the Colony before it shut down a few years back. I had a craving for their burger and seasoned fries so we drove the 20 minutes out to this location for dinner. Service is good, but this restaurant needs a good cleaning. Every booth was dirty on the table and on the floor, plus there was some food debris on the tile wall. The kitchen is open and did look clean, though. The burger was fine and had good flavor but the fries came to our table luke warm and not as much seasoning as they used to. It’s been a while since I’ve had Freddy’s but was sad that this didn’t live up to the memory. It wasn’t bad, but I don’t think I’d make the drive out to return.

I came on Saturday night to come get some food we ordered 3 number 2’s the double bacon steak burger then we also ordered a patty melt by itself. We pulled off and the fries were lukewarm and not tasty, so we turned around got them remade and there was also no sauce in the bag and the person who took the order asked us if we wanted any and we yes. Then when we got home the patty melt was no where in the bag and me got a chicken sandwich instead was highly disappointed because we spent went spent close to $45. I always come to this location and they are usually really good but this time i was highly disappointed and I want my money back or a remake on my food.

As with anything new, businesses included, growing pains exists. Personally we were impressed with how much staff runs the place. This meant we were always served or assisted when needed. Food is great for what the place is “a vintage style fast food” joint. We enjoy the steak burger versus just another fast food burger place. The visionary of a Veteran and now a franchise, this place did us well and tasted great. As for anything “take out” it will never be the same as eating it fresh in store. So be wary of the soggy French fries and Luke warm burgers – that always happens with transit times. Some food is better to-go than others and this place is designed for you to come in and enjoy the retro atmosphere. Mad props to any business setting up shop in a busy area of North Texas. Lots of people with a lot of expectations to meet. Naturally, they’ll never all be met. Our most respectful suggestion is to be grateful for what we have and enjoy a meal with a cool vibe.

On my quest to find the perfect burger Freddy’s was my next stop. As we pulled into the drive through we were greeted by a lovely voice who was excited to see that we were here to order. We placed our orders and as we pulled around to the window, there was a bit of a wait for the food. Once we got to the window and we were handed our food we went home. We got home about 10 mins later with the food still tasting good! What I like about the fries is that they sorta taste like the suspicious stew Pringles, which u actually enjoyed! My friend who was eating there with mw got the fry sauce and exclaimed that it was just as good as the sauce he gets in Utah! This place is worth a try!

My family and I have only been here a few times, but it never disappoints. The service is always outstanding! Everybody is nice and I feel welcomed when I’m there. The food is great as well.

This location has gone so far down hill since they first opened. I’ve given this specific location 3 tries to get a plain cheeseburger right, but somehow manages to give me the wrong order. Today I spoke with Casey (the “manager”) I say it in quotes because I feel like the was a cashier trying to act like the manager, because managers absolutely do not act the way she acted. She acted like it was my fault that her employees made my order wrong and handed me diet Dr peppers when their regular Dr Pepper machine was down. I wasn’t aware that I was handed the wrong drinks until I brought my wrong order in and saw the sign for Dr Pepper out of order. Poor Managment leads to poor employees. Though it’s fast food, you still have to choose good managers to make the customer experience great. Casey is not a good manager.

I love their string fries, and our kids love their frozen custard concretes. I tried to order their special pretzel burger, but they were out of pretzel buns. 🙁

Overpriced, slow, and mediocre. Went through the drive-through. Got a burger meal and 2 kids’ meals with a small sundae and 2 kid sundaes. $60. It was so overpriced. It took 25 minutes to get through the line. 15 of those minutes were me sitting at the window. They gave me the ice cream first, so it was melted by the time we got the food. The food was all cold. It was okay food but certainly not worth the price, especially given all the other nearby options.
