Waited for service when another customer walked in, started ordering at the register. Customer’s order was taken before mine even though I had been waiting prior to their arrival. Asked to speak with manager was told he was on vacation and couldn’t be reached. Left without ordering.

Rude rude rude but delicious food just wish they weren’t so freaking rude! And the men’s bathroom was ya go look at picks OMG OMG run for your life and they made me buy a meatball sub I did not order because he miss understood my order. So I enjoyed 2 subs.

Worst run Subway I’ve ever been to. We’ve eaten there multiple times and the way this one is managed is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go up the road to the Grapeland Subway; they know how to run a restraunt. There is a reason they can’t keep employees for any length of time, and have constant turnover.

So my grandma and I stopped here to eat while on our way home. The food was good however there was one employee there who was extremely rude. I had ordered a Black Forest ham but on a tomato basil wrap. Apparently at this location they only allow ONE extra meat item because it will be “too hard for them to roll” if i had added any more. All she allowed me to add was bacon when i had wanted to salami and pepperoni as well. Why is it that EVERY other subway has no problems at all adding whatever i like to my sandwich yet this employee was not having it. She had no reason to very rudely tell me i can only add bacon. She needs to learn some manners and she definitely needs to work on her customer service because she is NOT very customer friendly.

The staff are super friendly and they ask you specifically as to what you want on your sandwich so they’ll know to always make your sandwich right the first time! And the food is awe inspiring. It has kept me and my son going back for more!! Great job Subway!!
