I ended up with a fish dinner. Supposed to have 5 fish and crinkled cut fries, and I ordered stuffed jalapeno peppers. Cream cheese jalapeno peppers are good. The fish is pretty small, not much flavor. They ended up giving me curly fries instead.

While standing inside the Arby’s we learned the 5 for $5 was only available on the app. We ordered and paid on the app and the order was placed in another towns Arby’s. We had to drive 35 minutes away for our order. It was on our way so we didn’t mind. We called the Ardmore restaurant and tray them to hold off on cooking our order. They agreed. When we got there we had cold food. We love the food at Arby’s and the staff in Paul’s Valley were great and knowledgeable but the app was not helpful one bit.

The one star is for a specific day which was yesterday. My friend and I showed up close to 10:30 AM. We ordered our food, got our drinks and condiments and waited. When 20 min has passed, we decided to investigate on why our meals weren’t ready. To which we were told the grease fryer wasn’t ready. This could’ve been told to us before we ordered so we would know if we want to stay and wait or not. Then, we asked for a refund but were only refunded the fries instead of the whole order bc we were gonna have to leave and find another place to eat since we were only on a lunch break for work. She said she couldn’t refund anything else bc it only lets her do one refund?? We wasted half our lunch hour on it and were not refunded the whole 2 meals, only the fries. Not too happy

They were so quick with our order and accurate, too. Best thing, when they gave us 4 pkts of arby’s sauce, and I asked for a little more she gladly grabbed a couple more. No attitude, no eye roll.

i paid 25 dollars for two classic roast beef sandwiches and had maybe 3 slices of roast beef on each. they also changed their cup sizes but still charge the same. arby’s needs to do better

Extremely long wait time in the drive thru. I even had a mobile order, but had to wait 19 minutes before getting my food with only 2 vehicles in front of me. Thankfully my food was ready when I got to the window, but it was cold. Maybe next time will be better. This was my first time here.
