Ordered a ham sandwich, nothing but ham, and the first one had cheese that I didn’t order on it and tasted like onions, even though there physically were none. The remake I got doesn’t have cheese, but it does still taste like onions even though there are none. Cross contamination has ruined both sandwiches and I literally cannot eat them because of it. The taste of onions from cross contamination on both sandwiches literally made me wanna throw up when I tried to eat them.

Was excited to get my pizza, however was grossed out by the hygiene of the person who came to the take out window. It seemed as though he had been touching the pizzas because his hands/fingernails were covered in sauce and crust crumbs. I will be choosing another place the next time I’m craving pizza.

Be careful ordering from this location, especially from the app. They messed my order up, made a sloppy messy pizza with sauce dripping everywhere, and forgot the cheese, and all I asked was to add cheese; they refused and told me I needed to order and pay for a whole new pizza: no customer service or anything. I usually order for my staff on busy days, but never again. I left that slop of a pizza there, and I guess I’m out of money as the dismissive manager offered nothing to fix the issue, and she was beyond rude. Donatos, do a better job of hiring people that value your business and customers that keep your business going and pay them. I would never treat my customers this way, nor employ such incompetent, rude people that ruin customers’ experience and turn them off of the brand.

Im a Door dasher in the area and I was a bit disappointed with my interaction today. I usually NEVER have issues with this store and today I encountered a woman who had a management shirt on and was a blonde, 50-60 year old with a bob-cut. She felt instead of walking to the window that yelling across the kitchen was best, which whatever. But then I told her the order I was grabbing, then she just outright said they don’t have it. I asked if she was sure and that the order had a party sized Italian salad on it (only odd item i could tell that wouldn’t be on every order) and 4 pizzas. She then said she DID have an order with the salad on it, but it was for delivery and she hadn’t had time to make it because she’s “doing this” and gestured at the window, which Im still at. Eventually she just told me to pull up front while they make the order.
