Sakura Japan is my go-to comfort food when we’re in the Longwood area. Just the right amount of salty, sweet, crunchy, and fresh with plentiful portions. I get the chicken teriyaki., and recommend getting extra veggies, extra sauce to get through your stressful Children’s Hospital and Beth Israel visits.

I typically don’t have high expectations for food court restaurants, but this was surprisingly disappointing. At first I was kind of excited because my order came with a good amount of protein, but the flavor was so lacking! Barely any sauce, and in dire need of salt. Too much rice, too.

Hard to communicate with, and they showed complete indifference when I arrived there, leaving me standing their for more than two minutes. The ration of meet is small, and the stir fries tastes bland. I would say that the Teriyaki is not authentic.

I went to order when they were open, and the service worker waved for me to go away. I was confused because I wanted to order my meal, and he said “NO”, then waved for me to go away again. So I left without even having a meal. They seriously need to work on their customer service skill or fire him. This is unacceptable, and I missed my meal. If you are a woman wanting to eat here, don’t come here. Because all of the other negative reviews on google are mainly from women.
