Daddy’s Dog, a renowned presence at various events, caught my attention despite my indifference towards hot dogs. However, the irresistible combination of an empty stomach and the anticipation of an LCD Sound System performance prompted me to delve into their offerings. For 14 bucks, I indulged in a remarkable hot dog accompanied by a perfectly paired IPA, resulting in an unforgettable symphony of flavors. Daddy’s Dog not only satisfied my hunger but also became an integral part of the overall event experience, proving that sometimes, it’s the culinary adventure that truly enhances the moment.

The dogs were pretty good but the buns were stale and just too thick for the hot dog. The buns also had a yest flavor that just didn’t tie in with the dog flavor in my opinion. Tator tots were ok …..oil was old and made them on the darker side….folks who know know what I mean, also the chile cheese tator tots had a load of cheese not even melted and the flavor just isn’t the same if the cheese is cold on top (they have to melt that cheese). I’d definitely eat here again if I’m in the area but I wouldn’t go out of my …..

Daddy’s dogs is a Nashville staple- A huge selection of perfectly grilled hotdogs and buns with a variety of fillings, and why not get a side of crispy tots for the side.

Super nice staff and super tasty food. Tots were perfectly crisp and great portions! The dog was almost too much for one person

We attended the Beyoncé concert & while in line to get a hot dog we witnessed a worker eating, with gloves on, while preparing food for the customers. When I asked a fellow worker (turns out she was the manager) if they allowed that, she got a rudest attitude & stated that I can go somewhere else if I didn’t like him eating food with his gloves on while preparing the food. I told her she didn’t have to be rude, I was just asking question & words were exchanged & I ended up cussing her out, flipping her off & walking off.

Complete slop. I eat one hotdog a year and came here based on the reviews. My sister ordered the chili dog and I ordered the Lone Wolf. Mine was on a stale, dry, hard bun with maybe a teaspoon of relish. The hotdog was not grilled and barely warm. The tater tots were barely warm. My sister’s dog was equally as dreadful with the same stale hard bun. She said the chili was barely warm and flavorless. Even the chips were stale! LOL! The photo I am posting with this review is what we threw in the trash. I would definitely not recommend.

A remarkable meal! This is a hidden gem on Centennial Blvd. The Lone Wolf is on the right. The toppings are ketchup, mustard and relish. The Chicago Style is on the right. The toppings are a pickle, mustard, onion, tomato and celery salt. I can’t wait to return!

Heard many stories about this place and it lives up to them. The Big Daddy Dog with a Purple Drank was a perfect pair to enjoy the evening. Will definitely come back when I visit Nashville again.

First off, best dang hot dogs I’ve had. They were a good size for the price, great buns, and topped perfectly. The Mac and cheese side was delicious, the food was cooked to perfection. The service was extremely helpful and quick. Very nice and professional employees. I’ll definitely be returning again!

Great dogs. Great place. Great service. The New York Dog and the Mac Daddy were top shelf. The girl working the window was awesome; gave some very good off the menu add-on suggestions that took it to another level (try adding jalapeños to the Mac Daddy)
