This is the best Mexican restaurant in Sacramento! I’ve taken my non-plant based friends here and they said the same. Coming from the Central Valley it’s been hard to find a place that truly states authentic. There are a few other places that have some good items, but everything I have tried here has been delicious! Even if you’re not plant based, come with an open mind, you won’t be disappointed.

great food!! quesabirria tacos were delicious and very nostalgic for me. i also tried the taquitos, don’t remember if it was “chickn” or “beef”. i also had a “chickn” taco which was delicious. very good sour cream, and salsa was a good spiciness. my friend said the steak burrito was great too. very large and he ate the whole thing lol. horchata was only a bit powdery but not bad at all! we had a great time coming here on a monday around 4:30, not too busy, we didn’t wait in line at all. check this place out! wish i knew about it sooner.

This restaurant and the sister restaurant in Monterey California are the best vegan restaurants in northern California in my opinion. The sauces and flavors are authentic Mexican. Serving sizes are generous and service is excellent. Lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. Salsas and guacamole are always fresh.

I am all about supporting family-owned and local restaurants. I don’t eat that Taco Bell or Chipotle garbage. I’ve gone to many vegan restaurants but never have I seen an actual authentic and REAL vegan Mexican taqueria. I almost couldn’t believe it. Yes, it is ALL vegan. There is not a single thing on the menu that is NOT vegan.
