I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but I just had the worst dining experience in my life at this chain location after an afternoon at urban air adventure park I took my happy family to this millers ale house and that turned into a bad idea. After my party sat down and placed our drink orders we noticed the restaurant was very warm inside and chalked it up to being very active after placing our food order waitress came back and apologized for the warm Ambiance that the ac was not working. My family being hungry stayed and endured the heat which turned into a 45 min wait despite the resturant being empty my cheeseburger that was ordered medium well came rare the waitress then ignored my group after displeasure was seen with the food item I asked for the manager who agreed burger was not cooked who the offered to take it off bill but not offer an alternative after getting ready to leave noticed the staff was putting a sign on the door telling patrons their are not sitting guests anymore. Lastly due to the air not working and staff leaving all the doors open the humidity caused the floor to be very slick unfortunately we will never dine here again if I’m in this area in the future.

Millers Ale House is typically a solid choice when you’re looking for a decent meal. The menu offers something for everyone even the pickiest eaters. The food and service are usually consistent and we tend to order the same items when we go. You can’t go wrong with wings and zingers! The zingers mountain melt is a favorite of our daughters and we’ve eaten more mountain melts than we can count!

Surprisingly good food. Calamari are nicely battered. Fish and chips are actually fish pieces, which is a little unusual. Service is prompt. The manager asks how things are. Only a few zero percent beers. Very little vegetarian options. No vegan options.

Nice place to chill in Hamlin! Popped in on a pleasant afternoon and chose a seat at the outdoor bar. MJ was friendly and personable, balancing unobtrusive chit-chat and doing a great job of keeping up with the other guests. Prices are reasonable and food quality good. Pint of Guinness priced at $5.99 hit the spot!

Popped over to Miller’s to grab a quick bite. Predictable menu for an American eatery. The dumplings were good. Rated a 4 star because lettuce in my salad was old and I needed to sort thru my salad to pull a good bit of it out. Had a bite of my daughters fish and chips which was yummy. Good selection of beers as they had my Ace Pineapple Cider on tap which is rare

If you order over the phone it sends you to a call center but it’s absolutely no help. They claimed that the teriyaki steak and dumplings skewers were unavailable. We ended up ordering just the dumpling appetizer and a zinger mountain melt. Put me on hold three times. They gave us the wrong total (said $20 but was actually $30). They asked for personal information that was absolutely unnecessary for a to go order.
