Extremely terrible service and uncleanliness. I asked for a smoothie and he washed out the jug from the previous smoothie he made. I saw soapy water at the bottom but he started making my smoothie. I asked for him to remake it and he threw a tantrum and threw 8 dollars at me saying “no i can’t remake it I’m giving you a refund.” I also thought they used fresh fruit but he went to the back and put a strawberry puree in the jug instead of actual strawberries. Save your money and go to jamba instead

I really enjoyed their ramen. I got chicken dumpling ramen with Tum yum broth. You can get this at the Yorktown mall food court. This is some real good Japanese food. Even though there is a Panda Express right next to it, this place has more ethnicity. Definitely recommend if your hungry after a day of shopping at the mall.

The food was great, but they took so long to make it. I had an hour lunch and didn’t even get to eat my food. They say they have discounts, but that’s just to catch your eye. Ended up paying too much for four people.

Very disappointed. I used to go here regularly for the ramen because they loaded them up with corn, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and green onions (which are listed on their menu to come on every ramen dish!). Ordered today to get served a plain ramen bowl with just broccoli and an egg. I had to ask about the rest of the ingredients, and they said they don’t carry them anymore. I saw the green onions were empty on the table.. they shouldn’t advertise what they do not have. Or at least mention it to customers before they pay for something they won’t be receiving.

My wife and I had seen this place a few times and finally decided to try. The time to make the food was a little long for my liking. But the food was quite good. I had the chicken dumpling ramen and she had the shrimp tempura ramen. The dumplings were tender and tasty and the shrimp was crispy. We’ll probably come back next time we’re at the mall.

Been coming here awhile. I get the same bbq pork Ramen and add spicy sauce. They got a new self order system so you can’t purchase sauce or anything extra. Asked the man behind the counter can you add spicy sauce or if i can buy it, he waved in my face and said to use the machine. When I said it isn’t an option yelled/screamed at me everything is on their, waved his hands in the air and walked away. Seems very angry and doesn’t even know his own system.
