Let me start by saying I have eaten Staks food before. It was great and looked forward to eating in the restaurant. Came to the Silo location. We ordered our food and was waiting patiently. Several ours came in after we had ordered and set down as well. They brought my daughters hamburger and fries first. No issue there. We watched the other tables around us that came much later get their food. I had to ask if ours had been forgotten. 1 of the other tables around us have gotten their food, eaten and left before ours arrived. When it was brought to us, the biscuits were not fresh and cold. The chicken was hot but not good at all. My top biscuit was already falling apart due to it not being fresh. My wife got the same thing and neither were good. Hot chicken on an old cold, dry biscuit. Not sure if I will be back or not. Seems like the kitchen staff would want to do better. Did not speak with a manager due to it was best I didn’t at the time. Staks…….you can do much better than this.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about this place, so I decided to try it myself. I should’ve gone somewhere else. I don’t mind paying for the food before getting it, but they should at least make sure the stuff is edible. The sausage patties felt like little rocks. They were terrible. The eggs were scrambled so hard, so we asked that they take them & give us a soft scramble, never got them. The only thing that was good was the pancakes & grits. I don’t have to visit this place again in life. I’m scared to try the other locations.

The time to be seated, the ordering of food to when it was brought to the table, and the food was good. The only thing I wish is that there was someone who came by every now and again to the tables to provide needed items vs. walking back to the counter.

This is a good place for breakfast or brunch. There is normally a wait because they receive a lot of customers. I have tried their omelets, pancakes, french toast, and a few appetizers. Me personally, I enjoyed their French Toast over the pancakes I give them a 7 out of 10. I like buttermilk pancakes . I don’t think that these are, but they are a hefty portion. I give them a 6 out of 10. My omelet was a basic ham and cheese. I give it a 5 out of 10. The service is pretty decent. They have a lot of younger staff members. They work hard but service-wise, most of them are kind of quiet and socially awkward. But that’s the new generation now ♂️. The more seasoned staff members are great. Overall I give the Restaurant a 7.5 out of 10.

The food is terrible. From the pancakes, the bacon, and eggs. Servers look nasty, wear dirty clothes and dirty shoes. Did they go and pick these people up straight off the streets of skid row? The food is overpriced on top of this. This restaurant cannot get simple breakfast items cooked properly. Do better.

Nearly all the food was flavorless. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. All had no flavor, except that of the excess cooking oil they were all fried in. I omitted the French toast because it tasted like nutmeg instead of cinnamon? Gross. The syrup is obviously heavily cut with water. It’s extremely thin, not sticky, and lacking nearly all sweetness. You cannot buy syrup this thin and flavorless at any store. Paid extra for real maple syrup. Never received it. Music is so loud, coupled with all the employees mumbling when speaking to you that you can’t convey anything of substance. Waitress was nice and food came out quick even though it tasted like plastic oiled fake food. At the extreme price you’re honestly better off just going to Waffle House, at least there you know you’re getting what you paid for.

The food was good. The French toast was huge Texas toast. We loved the candied bacon. The only problems were that we had to keep getting up to get someone’s attention because noone really came back to the table to check on us and different people brought our food. The other problem was that my friends smoke vapes and figured if we sat in the outside area, they would be able to smoke them, however they were told they could not so one of my friends had to keep stepping out the door to smoke her vape. Other than that, the food is pretty good, not the best pancakes I’ve tasted, but they DO have reasonable prices.

I’ve been talking about this place for weeks and finally convinced my special guy to go. But I was very disappointed. Before I explain, my account was credited. He received his food but I received my eggs and bacon only. I was told that the pancakes take a bit longer to cook. Note: my eggs were already cold but I was going to ride with it. About five minutes later I asked about the pancakes again and was told they will be out shortly. Well I waited and finally had to go in to inquire only to find out that they had not started on the pancakes. The cooking crew was confronted by the manager but instead of apologizing or moving forward they became very defensive with the manager right in front of me and the others. They were so bad that I apologized to her on their behalf. Nonetheless I finally got the strawberry pancakes. The juices were running off the plate and they were not done! This is a nice place but it seems a bit out of order and most of the workers seem confused about what’s happening around them. I don’t understand why so many people are working if you don’t offer full table services. Workers are just kinda hanging out doing nothing. The verdict is still out about if I will try it again. Maybe another location in the future. I’m thankful that I didn’t have to ask for a refund. The Mr’s food was good. Burrito and hash browns
