Once we arrived, it took about 10 minutes to get the waitress to our table and take the order. The pizza taste like something you can make it home. My husband had the flaunts the chicken was extremely dry and contained very small portion of chiken.The tea was waterd down.Never again!

Ordered Pancho’s and mushroom & spinach pizza with chicken and Alfredo sauce. The menu states pizza comes with either marinara or Alfredo. I hung up after placing my order and my husband had me call back to choose Alfredo sauce. I called and told the lady she said ok I heard her tell the kitchen we hung up. I showed up 20 mins later for the order, waited 7 more mins, paid and left. My husband opened the pizza and we saw red sauce. We were willing to try it anyway but the pizza tasted terrible. I called back to talk to the lady who took my order She put me on the phone with the cook who told me the pizza came with both sauces. Smh. I requested a credit for the pizza for another day, I get told that my only options were to take the pizza back and get a new one or settle for a discount the next time I order there. We are Formacio’s Pizza from Mercedes fans, love their pizza and knew we weren’t gonna go back to Matheos after all of this so I drove all the way back with the pizza to get a new one. Pancho’s were good but the inconvenience and service just wasn’t it.
