Changed their chicken strips and now they charge the same price for sad small nuggets with barely any meat on them. Don’t waste your money here cause it’s not worth the price anymore. Feel like I got scammed.

Been going there for over 50 years. $43+ dollars for 2 cheeseburger baskets and 1 plain burger shake a soda…..$1.00/tiny tarter…..and then try guilting you into giving a tip……a tip…..let people know it’s bout $4.00 more for fries with the burger. Good food though.

If I could give this negative reviews I would. I stopped here because campus wasn’t open and really wanted to get utotem for my Dad for Fathers Day. I should have gone literally anywhere else. I’ve been considered local most of my life. I live an hour away and really wanted to celebrate my dad and introduce new family to the heavens of Utotem. I paid 63.00 for 4 specials (bacon burger basket, fries, and drink). The wait was 45 minutes. They told us this, so we went to grab some things from Freddy’s and came back. No big deal. When we got back we waited an additional 10 minutes (55 in total). When they screamed my name, (intercom is broken) I went to gather the food. I specifically asked if there was tartar sauce. They said they were put in the bag. It’s my dads Fave. We drove out to dads. 15 minutes. The burgers were dry and cold, the drinks were wrong. We asked for a sprite, coke, iced tea (specifically unsweet with no lemon) and a root beer. There was little to no ice, the coke was diet, and the iced tea was sweetened. And guess what… there was no sauce. None. No tartar. Nothing. Dude, I asked. You know… for 63.00, let me say I should have gone to McDonald’s. At least there you know what you are paying for, and get customer service. I tried calling rossows, nobody answered. Perhaps it’s a good thing. That’s fine. I won’t be back. Ever. Happy Fathers Day.

An oasis of American diner food on the long road to Pullman. Delicious burgers and fries. Decided not to get a gallon of potato salad (!). We only waited fifteen minutes but by the time we got our food there was a huge line and people were waiting an hour for takeout food. One of the downsides of popularity I guess!!
