We had a server who was very nice but service was awful! We had to ask for a refill on our drinks that were all empty. We waited for a while to have our order taken. The food was good! You could tell who the regular customers were because they were waited on very quickly and had good service.

Never have been to this Mexican restaurant before but I heard the food was really good here.! We arrived and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated because they were extremely full and the staff was very professional we ordered our food and we got it in a timely manner and our waiter was very courteous!! I love the atmosphere and the place was really clean. I will go back here again soon!!

Service was just okay. My husbands dish was supposed to have quacamole salad and he never got it and we ordered cheese sauce with jalapenos and never did get them. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and nothing came with it. No sour creme or anything and it was a small tortilla folded in half. $7.50 Upon checkout, the bill is not itemized so you’re not sure you’re being charged correctly. You don’t receive a copy. We won’t be back there.

Good food for price. Location is close to downtown Newnan. Plenty of items on Menu to choose from. Service was very good and staff was mostly friendly. Food was served very quickly after we ordered it which was nice. Location also has a few vegetarian options which was nice. The chips and salsa was really good too. Chips were very fresh. 4 star as place could use little more cleaning and parking lot has small parking spots. Will recommend to others and will visit again for sure.

Out of five people sitting at our table we ate four baskets of chips. They charged everybody for chips and then started saying it’s on the menu for extra chips that they only give one basket of chips per table worst place ever do not recommend this place.

I used to live in this town and never once ate here. I moved back to take care of my aging father and tried it with my husband. Man do I regret never coming here! My husband got the fajita quesadilla and gave me a bite and it was absolutely delicious! So cheesy. I don’t even care for fajitas that much and I’d order that for myself. I had El Cabo which is chicken and shrimp plate and that was also delicious. And the horchata? Absolutely delicious. The ones back in Huntsville always tasted too much like bubblegum. This is so well balanced in my opinion. I ordered two of them. I can’t wait to be back and just wish they delivered out here where I live. We work from home all day and generally can’t go out except maybe once a week.

This was my first visit to Chylaca’s. I went to the Thomas Crossroads / kroger location. Atmosphere was great! Service was only flawed by my inability to decide what I wanted. Yet the server was not disturbed and allowed me to finally make a choice. The steak,chicken and shrimp meal was amazing! Lots of food!

Very poor service, I don’t understand how they have the stars they do. Stopped in for lunch and they brought out the wrong quesadilla and when we (nicely) asked for what we ordered they argued with us and didn’t offer to fix it. Server didn’t come back til plates were stacked on the table and glasses empty and we could over hear them talking about us in the kitchen. Don’t go here. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 15 years, this was bad.
