I’ve been here before and I liked it. Today I went with my son and neither he nor I ate, we were disgusted. The egg was overcooked with brown things from what I guess pieces of other food cooked in the same pan… the waffles were split in two and the worst thing .. cleaning of the restaurant and the kitchen is disgusting.

Possibly the cleanest and most well-staffed Waffle House in the area. Food is always great and well seasoned and I have never had an issue with the quality of service here for waffle house standards. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you want a quick late-night meal.

If I can give the two guys that worked January 22 @ 8:00 pm zero stars I will ! I’m not understanding why I had to wait 30 mins just to place my Togo order when I’m the only one standing here and there’s only 3 tables , that’s where multitask come in ! And then when I asked the man to take my order the cook said, dine in comes first when I’ve already been waiting here for 30 mins , that’s so rude and the customer service SUCKS!! I never had any problems with this location until now , I’m never coming back ! This location is not worth my money !

I went to waffle house in manvel an I ordered gravy.I am gonna describe the two cooks who told me that they cannot make gravy for one person. One cook was black with dreads an the other cook was white.First they said it would take 30 minutes and then they said they cannot make gravy for one person. So basically they won’t make gravy unless I an some other customers order it at the same time.That doesn’t make sense. I will not EVER go there again.

If I could give negative stars for the service that I received and witnessed from the lady (She had shorter dreads with blonde tips) taking to go orders today, I would. I watched her provide service with an attitude to a customer, once the customer left, she began to talk TO ME (as she was putting my order in the bag) about the prior customer, I did not engage with her as she was the problem the entire time.

Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful night staff, one in particular, which is a young African American girl with two strand hair and wears glasses. She has no customer service skills and is extremely unprofessional using profanity and arguing with customers like myself. Will definitely not be returning or even recommend this location to anyone.
