Don’t let the look of the small building fool you this was a fantastic place to get breakfast burritos. Literally in my top three of breakfast burritos I’ve tried in Colorado and it was really great because I don’t like potato in mine and they were totally great about just not including potato. Honestly it was so good that we almost forgot to take a picture so the picture I’m sharing is like me halfway through eating it and we both tried the sausage burritos and it was really in me I really liked the mild green chili as it was very flavorful. My partner had the hot and he said it was the perfect amount of spice. We even tried to go back on our last day of vacation before heading home and unfortunately with the construction we couldn’t make it but definitely planning on returning here whenever we’re in Montrose.

Don’t be deceived by the size of this burrito shack. The staff are friendly and efficient. These burritos are one of a kind and delicious! They are browned to perfection on the outside, with I’m guessing a panini press similar to a quesadilla. I ordered a bacon burrito with medium chili. It had a great mix of bacon, green chili, cheese and tater tots. It comes with beans, which I am not a fan of in a breakfast burrito, they gladly made my burrito without. Will be coming back to Sunrise burritos again.

Wonderful burrito – had sausage with half and half chili (they made it with no beans as asked). Pretty big and priced appropriately. My only complaint? ‘needed more napkins!! 🙂

This was a great stop in the morning after camping. Fresh homemade breakfast burritos that were quick, but not too quick. Convenient double drive through, one on each side of the stand. Friendly people, delicious burritos. My husband wished he had ordered two as they are filling but on the smaller side (the correct portion size I’d say). Flat grilled which was unique.

We got the Chicken and Beef Burritos. Both were delicious and the green chile was not that spicy at all. They were $8 each (tax included). Would love to try the other ones next time we’re in town. Make sure to check their hours before you go. They close around noon.

Great burrito, fast and friendly service which was awesome since I was just passing through quickly and it’s right off the main strip. Only suggestion I have would be some fresh juices to pair with the burritos, even something bottled would be fine… regardless the burrito was delicious and I’ll be back for sure
