Ehhhh…. my first impression… the chicken wings looked gross… and don’t taste much better. The crab Rangoon I’m still iffy about. The boneless ribs were OK and the rice doesnt taste like anything ‍♂️. I’ve been wanting to try it out bc I kept hearing good reviews about it on FB but I’m disappointed. Best Chinese on Main Street and Lincoln Street are better but I will stick to Wen Hing and Mins Wok. And they charge for home made duck sauce… who does that??? Lol… no one but them.

Just ordered food from there food is good but asked for extra duck sauce but didn’t get enough for what I ordered for no longer give containers of sauce anymore just a couple of 2 oz packets that sucks spent over $45 and got 4 packets sucks cheap on their part

Today I ordered food and paid for it over the phone. The delivery person asked for my ID and wrote down my license number on his copy of the receipt. I thought this was strange especially since I’ve been a customer for about a year and a half and have never been asked for this. Poor customer service today but good food.

Stick with the specialty plates. Cheap and a lot of food for your buck. Food is alright, nothing to write home about, but they deliver all over Worcester and have decent hours.

I can’t remember a singular order that has been completely accurate. Also the staff is beyond impatient and the customer service is non-existent. Not surprise they disappeared from any delivery app. More surprised they are still open.

Been buying food from Lucky Gourmet for 7 years now. Busy mom and work 2 jobs. Place my orders at least once a month. Great food, reasonable prices and a wonderful family that owns the restaurant. They are very hard working people and go above and beyond to please the customers. We all love food from them and NEVER had any health issues after eating their food

never again. The food was terrible. They definitely charge to much for bad food. The menu online is a problem none of the prices are correct apparently, the meat tasted dry and bad like it got microwaved the chicken was hard and dry and my rice was mushy! Yuck. The driver forgot stuff told me he gave it to the wrong person still charged me full order because he couldn’t count he said to take it off and he still wanted a tip he didn’t even say he would go back. This place is a mess

I’ve lived in Worcester my whole life and this is our go-to Chinese food place. It’s family owned and run and they know my father by his first name xD The food here is always good and reasonably priced. The bad reviews are probably from people who ordered on New Years or at a very busy time. Normally this place is fantastic. Highly recommend
