This place is better than I thought! Broth is amazing and can’t wait to come back and try the other flavors. The portion is perfect! And service is great as well. I like my soup hot continuously, so the fire underneath the pot was perfect. It did burn out twice on me but the server helped relight it right away. Atmosphere is pretty cute as well, with changing pictures on the screen above your head.

Beautiful concept for the dining experience. The roof has a large screen with many backgrounds. Servers were attentive and food came out fast however the time we went was very slow and not busy. The beef broth and Taiwanese seafood broth were very tasty and the “mix ins” that came with the broth were a good variety of meat and vegetables. At each table there are four sauces: hot oil, soy sauce, sweet chili, and chili bean. The presentation is very beautiful, each broth is set on a pedestal holder with a mini flame under it. We were wary that the food wouldn’t be enough but it was a perfect amount. You can also order more sides, we got a side of tripe. Highly recommend

I really don’t like the ceiling because it’s not a constant graphic. It’s a video that changes in color, scenery, etc so it gets very bright and dark often and it can be disorienting. They were mussels in my broth so the bits of shell chipped off and felt very hard on the tooth.

We went with Taiwanese friends and they verified that the food presentation and taste are authentic Taiwanese. About $20 per order with a host of ingredients in it. I like dish very much. The only compliant I have was that the portion was not enough for a big eater.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! I’ve come many times, and we always order the cheese milk pot and stinky tofu pot. The add ins to each of the hot pots are great, and the broth is always hot and delicious.

My heart is TORN by seeing “temporarily closed” for this amazing restaurant! My family and I have been coming here at least TWICE a month since November 2021! They’ve watched my baby grow up. EVERYTHING about Hi Pot Doraville is excellent—especially the food and people; I hope you all are able to reopen soon. I wish my family could’ve had one last meal with you all; so heartbroken. ❤️
