My sister and I went in around 2 or 3 back in February, it was during the clean up after lunch but before the dinner rush I guess. At the time my sister and I thought we were going to Lannings but were extremely confused by Gigi’s which was in its place. Gigi’s only had 1 star at the time because a customer was upset with staff being rude. My sister was a little skeptical to go in but I was more intrigued and I love to take chances when it comes to food, especially since it was review about service and not one about the food.

The girls just run around in short shorts and flirt with the refinery turnover guys, instead of making sure their tables are taken care of. We dealt with the subpar service for years, but the last time the girl didn’t put my wife’s order in correctly (brought salad instead of wrap) and when my wife said it was wrong, she took it to the kitchen, they threw it on a tortilla and brought it back. Not wrapped, salad falling on the table. After that, she never returned to the table. I sat without water for probably 15 minutes, and we had to go ask for our check at the register.

I did love this place, the employees were amazing and I loved going because the service was great and all around had a good time it was one of my favorite places till about a month ago I went in and had a very extensive wait about an hour and all I wanted was for the gm to look into it so I was told cameras would be checks and I’d be gotten back to which never happened and don’t get me wrong I love gigis and our server was awesome but there were some technical difficulties so our order never got put in…. Anyway the last 2 times we’ve went in because restaurants are limited in Coffeyville and we figured let’s give them another shot… sadly the whole restaurant is distant and the gm wont even speak to us it’s just sad to see the restaurant we loved so much become our least favorite because of the manager and staff just being very short with us and not attentive over a simple issue. I was not asking for a refund or anything like that all I wanted was answers but clearly when you complain you just get shamed after going in today we have decided the yoke is where we will go because it’s so hostile at gigis for us now.
