While on a quick business trip in Cali, we decided to stop by for some in N out. Honestly after a long flight and landing around 10:30 Cali time I wasn’t to impressed. 🙁 I felt like the burger wasn’t the greatest for me. I’ve had better. The customer service was great! Staff was friendly and inside it’s super cute as any other in N out.

This is my favorite In-N-Out to go to. There is one less than a mile from my house, but I go to this one because I’ve never had any problems at this location. The drive through line tends to be well managed, and not too long. If you get there early enough the line is usually very short.

I deleted my last review. I will never write a positive review again because every time I do, the place goes downhill soon after. This In N Out location used to be the best because they used to consistently never over-toast the buns or overcook the fries. But now it has become the worst because every other time I come here, the edges of the buns are all hard from being over-toasted, and the fries are hard and crunchy. The fries should not be hard and crunchy unless I were to specifically order them “well done”, which I never do. I’m very close to giving up on this location and never coming back, which sucks because this place is so conveniently close to my work. My coworkers stopped coming because they noticed the decline in quality. And for whatever reason, every time I’ve gone through the drive thru for the passed year, my coke is severely watered down or they give me a Diet Coke when the word “diet” never came out of my mouth. Go inside to the lobby where the soda machines work properly.
