I came in after 12:30pm today and the girl at the counter seemed rude to me. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don’t know. I asked for a 6 inch sub to be made. When she got the bread I realized that subway was still doing the garlic and cheese bread which I thought was discontinued. When she had just cut the bread I asked her if she could add garlic cheese and I apologized to her for asking. She had a bit of an attitude after that and It was not busy. I was the only customer in there. I said to her that I thought subway stopped doing the garlic bread and she said “I hope they do soon”. I was nice to her the entire time dispite her attitude. After that I was over my visit to this location and ready to leave. I may not return to this location which is an inconvenience because I live close by. I’ll just go to the Waterford subway from now on which is down the road.

Honestly this is the dirtiest subway I have ever been to. The area where all the meats and veggies are is super dirty with old food and crumbs stuck in every crevice as if it hasn’t been cleaned in days or weeks. I wanted pickles but there was every crumb and veggie in there I couldn’t see the pickles! Lol. Yes I ordered a veggie sandwich because I was afraid if the shady looking meat. So I say to myself, at least I can wash this down with my favorite watermelon juice and all of the juices were empty and dry! Lol you can’t make this up. So I hade to drink soda which I was avoiding.

When I went inside it took awhile for someone to come out, when her finally did, she didn’t apologize nor greet me. She rarely said anything and she assumed I didn’t want any sauce, didn’t even ask, she just started wrapping the sub. When I told her I wanted sauce, she upgraded the attitude to bitchy. It’s bad enough that it looks ghetto outside but the service shouldn’t have to be ghetto too. This is the closest Subway to me, but all my friends think it should be shut down, I agree with they. Because It’s never a good experience there. Thats why the store is always empty.

7pm walked in they had 3 loafs of wheat bread and burnt cookies (only chocolate)on display.. They are open till 12am. Loked like they were closed. Management needed to fire the manager on duty that day. Very disappointing
