My husband and I have been looking for African food for a while we tried other places, but Rookz Kitchen was definitely the BEST! The Egusi with turkey tips and plantains was so delicious. The menu was full of delicious options, but I ultimately decided to try the – ogbono soup with goat served with pounded yam Let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! The goat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the vegetables were bursting with flavor.

I wanted some FuFu and I called in an order. The owner was very nice and helpful on the phone. I told her that I had never eaten it before and I wanted to try it. What she recommended was great to my tasted. She was on point with the recommendation. The food was hot and fresh. It was very flavorful and tasteful just like she said it would be. I plan to order more dishes soon. Thank you for a great explanation for me as a first timer. Go and get you some!
