Came here around 2:30pm on a Friday. Ordered a classic ham and a classic turkey meal and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh! The two gentlemen in the store at the time where very nice and patient while I was ordering. I will definitely come back to this location! 5 stars!

The food is always good here and the service is exceptional also. They also have a good rewards program. Punch card for sandwiches with double punches on Tuesday. 10 punches = free sandwich. If you always go on a Tuesday you can get a free sandwich after 5 sandwich purchases.

During the holiday season it’s very busy because they have such good turkey and ham products. They also have sides and dessert. Plan ahead, order ahead and you should be fine. I placed an order in person as the phone lines have been busy. I’m all set for our team lunch.

Used the EZ cater app for a work lunch. Olivette location accepted my order and then did not prepare it. Was left with 20 minutes to find another meal for 15 people. Would not recommend. I do not blame EZ cater in this instance because the location accepted the order. Should not be on this app for ordering if they can’t handle the business.

_friday night arrived at 5:50 pm needed to purchase a gift certificate and they were closed. : It looked empty but approx 5:55 one one individual walked out the door and a second stayed inside I’m assuming to wait and set the alarm on or after 6 so they wouldn’t get in trouble. Very disappointed. We have been buying these gift cards for my parents for years. And this was the only time I could stop by and pick one up now I get to go to a party empty handed because somebody devices to close early.

Honey Baked Ham has always been my go to place for the meal or for extras. My “beef” is we’re able to order online, but there’s no accommodations to enable their customers in picking up their items. I really don’t see a point of ordering ahead of time if it’s only to reserve or hold it. That can tie up an item that someone could immediately buy. Work on that HBH. I’ll still shop there.

I ordered online got my email with order number and scan code when I went to pick it up they didn’t have me in the system even though I ordered 10 days in advance. Both cashiers asked me my name 3 or 4 times. I asked them if they wanted to see the order or scan the QR code no they didn’t want to do that but kept asking me my name and asking me when I placed the order. It was like a freak show and very aggravating and unprofessional.
