I got the Western Burger and just grabbing it out of the bag was very satisfying. I ordered ahead through the app and used my free burger discount with any purchase.

There at 8:30 am Got drive through The 3 gravy biscuits I got was as hard as they were 3 days old You had to struggle to break them apart. I have never had food that bad over the years I have been a customer. Maybe that explains why the help were outside taking a break. No cars in parking lot except for me and one other at drive through.

Went through the drive thru for a late night meal. I ordered the big cheeseburger meal and my husband got the jumbo chili dog. The big cheese burger was good, it could have some more ketchup and mustard for my taste just so it wasn’t so dry. That’s when I realized I didn’t get my drink, luckily we had parked to eat so my husband went back in to get my drink. The guy behind the counter gave him some pies being that it was closing time and they would have gotten thrown away. Really miss the western bbq cheeseburger. The French fries were nice and hot and extra crispy which to me were good.

Ordered 3 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuits just after 7am, Sat. June 17 2023 at Conover NC location. Biscuits were hard, flat and dry. Asked kindly for replacements after showing them to drive thru person. The replacements were just as bad. I just gave up and drove back home with uneaten biscuits. Never again, Conover NC Hardee’s! This was the first time I’ve ever had terrible breakfast biscuits from any Hardee’s!

Well the lady at the register was very nice. The food was good. But the place was not clean at all. The floor was so sticky I wiped my feet on the concrete outside when I left. I haven’t had a bad experience here but it makes me think: if the dining room area is that dirty, what about the kitchen. I’m sure it’s filthy. This falls on management. I love Hardee’s but I’m going to skip this location from now on.

It’s Hardee’s, I had a mushroom and swiss combo. It was good. The best thing about Hardee’s is there is never nobody there. So the the food is hot most of the time and they will most of the time bring your food to you. I like to dine in. Usually you walk right up an order.
