Every time we come here, it ends up being a 15-20 minute wait in the line and always forget the sauce. Not because it is long. Today we pulled right up to the ordering screen, ordered within a minute or so and then pulled up to wait 20 minutes. Literally the worst in the area, the one on bird road is way faster. Go there.

It is small place. Very crowded, noisy and not enough room to move when placing the order. Customers don’t know who is next in line because there is not enough room to do a line. There is a kiosk to order yourself, but at the time to pay, it will send you to the cashier to pay for your order. What a waste of time

I give them 4 stars because Susan (blonde lady from the drive thru) is always such a sweet heart. she works so much and never has a bad attitude, at least all the times I’ve came. But yeah this McDonald’s can get pretty busy & some of the other workers are rude. Same as other locations. They never mess up my order so it’s pretty good for a McDonald’s.
