Ordered through doordash. Was supposed to get two roast beef sandwiches along with a few other items, basically just two meals. Food arrives and one sandwich is completely missing from the sealed bag. Got a small refund through doordash but didn’t even cover the sandwich. Ended up paying more money just to get what I should have received the first time.

Ordered the steakhouse sandwich at 3:00 PM got it home and the bun was soggy, meat was cool and onion rings were cold. Why can’t they make a fresh sandwich instead of keeping it warm for how long and serving it like this? I like Arby’s but if the sandwich’s are like this I won’t be back. This is not the first time this has happened. Soggy Chicken sandwich , cold fries .

The BBQ rib sandwich was so dry it was actually inedible without soaking it in the French dip for my friends sandwich. it tastes like it was marinated in the worst liquid smoke you can imagine and no amount of BBQ sauce could cover it up. it also had no flavor other than liquid smoke the meat had no meat flavor.

Been to this location 10-20 times or so. Had 2 instances I was disappointed. They tried to charge for water once and on a different visit I had a piece of chicken that was very rubbery and couldn’t chew it. Overall decent though.
