I am a repeat customer! Every time I go to Shupback I am greeted with kindness and the food is always fresh and flavorful. The service is great and the staff is attentive and provided water for us on a hair day even without us asking. The restaurant is very clean. My family and friends love it here!!!! 10/10 :)!!!

We tried the kashmiri pink tea, shami kabob, shupback chicken pulao (one of their signature dishes), and mutton korma. The tea and kabob were good. The mutton korma was not like korma but tasted good. But the pulao was a disappointment! It didn’t have any flavor!!! No idea why they call it a signature dish!!!

It felt a little bit expensive for the amount of actual food you got, although there was plenty of rice in the Shupback Chicken Biryani dish, but only two small chicken drumsticks in it. I asked for it spicy but I barely detected any spice. The Beef Shami Kabab didn’t have a very pleasant texture. Not sure that we will be back. But, maybe you might enjoy it. Everyone’s taste is different.

Genuine Pakistani cuisine. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, I don’t have much to say about the limited food portion for the price. Seriously, two kabobs cost you $20.00. We recognize that everyone is having a difficult time right now since supermarket prices are so high, one customer pay high price is unfair. I believe they have to look around the neighborhood or at any Pakistani eateries before raising the price for a single dish by a small amount. Additionally, refrain from dispensing beverage cans. Would be much better if glass was included. Third recommendation: Please give good quantity of the food since you are charging so much. They will lose customers in my opinion, due to the portion and pricing.

Very good food! I don’t claim to be an expert on Pakistani food, but I’ve been to the Middle East as well as all over Asia and Europe (US Navy) and my wife is from the Philippines. The food here is excellent, the staff very friendly and the bathroom is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a restaurant! You have to try this place!
