My husband broughta large, hot, McDonald’s black coffee while I’m in the hospital, and just allowed my first meal. I always loved McDonald’s coffee…., until today. I get thru drinking a good bit of coffee and took a big gulp, only to get a mouthful of coffee grounds! I immediately got sick, trying to get the grounds out of my mouth. It was an inch deep so they HAD to have seen this!

The manager has no care for her customers and no will to help anyone. I came through the drive thru and she wouldn’t even hear me out to the issue the app was giving me for her location and told me to either order without the app or leave. By far one of the best places we have stayed in a while. The customer service was amazing from day into the night. The rooms are just like advertised and spacious. The breakfast was very good with a variety of foods and fresh as well. Definitely will be staying here again as we go to Port Clinton often. Just have to say that Erica that worked the evening shift that we arrived was awesome and so friendly. And the two lady’s at the desk the next morning was so friendly and Definitely made us feel welcome. Stay at this place if your just passing through or if you wanna visit port Clinton. You will not be disappointed.

Place is disgusting. Messes and spills everywhere, overflowing trash cans, tables need wiped, floor needs sweeped & mopped, several of the chairs and booths have messes in them. Worst I have ever seen. This mcdonald’s is a 24hr mcdonald’s, and this was when I went at 10:30pm at night. Inexcusable for the place to look like this! The service was typical for McDonald’s, also they were out of hot drinks & mccafe drinks.

In the drive thru at window to get my food 12:30 2/25. She was texting on her phone hidden in the window. Asked if my honey mustard was in the kids meal, she said yes then went back to texting. Got home no sauce. I’ve come to expect poor service. Next time I won’t take her word for it!!
