The absolute worst experience in all categories. Barely acknowledged when we walked in, then greeted with a “yo”. Ordered, received food. Kid working the front acted put off when I asked for paper plates and then didn’t know if they had them or not. They didn’t. Got on the road with the 8 piece meal…4 old, dry breasts and 4 wings, dry hard biscuits and half filled side dishes. My expectations are always low of fast food but this was a whole new level.

Nasty, 10 people on back only one wore gloves. Everyone was handling people food. Dining area need cleaning service was not bad but not good either. Long wait time on wings. I have not been here since it was Kentucky Fried Chicken, so to me the food I remember was much better wings looked done until you get to bone

We were traveling thru, staying at a nearby hotel. Ordered chicken strips meal. Awesome! Nice fat chicken strops, fresh. Also ordered potatoes. Came back to hotel to eat. Everything in the bag, napkins, forks & correct food. Appreciate this as we were tired & hungry from traveling.

Ordered online,showed up to a locked lobby. Went to drive thru and line did not move for 30 min. Cars were leaving behind me. I drove around to the window only to be told I would have to pull up to the front. Waited for another 30 min. The car that was initially at the drive thru was still there when I left. I came home to discover my order was completely wrong. KFC DO Better.

I had lunch with my children/ grandchildren and 2 friends from church. There was a smashed HUGE roach in the ordering line. I KINDLY made the employee aware. They FINALLY cleaned it up. But when we were leaving, there was another one at the door. The store was dirty, the whole drink machine was down so you had to ask for refills, my DIL couldn’t even eat her chicken, and this is NOT the first time it’s been this way! This KFC has NEVER been a good restaurant! EVER! I’ve lived here for 37 years and it has ALWAYS been nasty.

Chicken had an old grease taste. Greasy film left in your mouth. Any southern knows the difference between fresh/clean grease and old need to throw out grease. Won’t order from this location again. The Colonel Saunders would be embarrassed.

There was about a 20 minute wait in the drive thru line. The food was good, but after such a long wait we thought the food would be hot. There was not a lot of people inside so l wasn’t sure why the service was so slow. Staff was very friendly.

Ordered my son a #3 and they said fries will take about 5 min to cook we been sitting in parking lot for more than 30min they don’t give receipt either so I can’t leave a bad review with the times I ordered and how long it took to get my one meal like really come on do better it’s not even packed at all it’s empty inside and outside what’s the hold up?!! We ordered online and order was to be ready at 8:25 it is now 8:50 we have been parked in the parking lot waiting for our food. Walk in is locked so we cant come in and request our food. We have been sitting here for 45 minutes. REDICULOUS.
