First time trying this place since Pad Thai is one of my favorites. I was very happy with my selections. The lunch special is what I got with the option of egg drop soup, salad with ginger dressing, and Pad Thai w/chicken (max hot). They all met my expectations. The meal with water was around 16 with tip. I recommend checking it out

Their food goes crazy and it is consistently good. The waitstaff is very efficient, and doesn’t bug you too much. The dirty Thai tea is delicious, 10/10 would recommend. Also, I’m a vegetarian and I enjoy any of the noodle/rice dishes with tofu as the protein. If you’re not coming here, you’re missing out!

Located in Mobile, AL, just off US-90, is Aroy Thai. This place has some super amazing food! For a a drink, I had Thai tea. I asked for a separate cup of ice (because I don’t like super cold drinks). The server had brought a glass of water in tow for me. For an appetizer, my wife and I had chicken satay and fried tofu. They were BOTH very lovely. For my main, I normally stick with Thai Basil, but branched off this once and was pleasantly surprised. It was super flavorful and had just the right amount of spiciness, sweet and savory. A perfect blend. It was also server with white rice. The server was kind and chatty. Suggested multiple dishes and otherwise answered our questions. My wife asked for a particular dish and the chef delivered. She also asked for more spicey variety, and the server brought out a small board with 4 containers within which was different types of chili sauce.

5 stars all around. Just stopped in to order a to-go lunch. Everyone was super friendly. The food is great! I got the seafood combo pad thai w/o the squid(my own preference!) To my surprise I got a sound and a side along with it. The hot is plenty hot for the heat factor. There was only one other Thai place I’d eat at and now I have 2:) Thank you all.

Place is spacious and clean, service was great – we had a chat with a knowledgeable staff who recommended some dishes & even brought me the “spicy rack”. Thanks to him, I got to eat my forever favorite Thai dish: ka prao moo (minced pork basil stir fry) with fried egg, which I don’t think is in the menu at all. I had a whole lot of pad prik / chili (almost emptied it, as in pic). Chicken satay & crispy tofu for appetizer, hubby ordered mango curry and Thai tea. All wonderful! Will come back any day!

The manager thought it was humorous that the wings were so hard it cut my daughter’s gums, he claimed that’s how all Thai wings are cooked so there was nothing he could do but these wings were beyond done they looked and taste like rubber he even kept asking did we eat any when his server and cook saw we tried one wing and couldn’t eat them he refused to remove them and continued to overcharge me for something we couldn’t eat. I drove a long way to be disappointed by the food and customer service.

I have been eating at Aroy Thai since they opened. I have always enjoyed their food. Unfortunately I have been disappointed the last two times I have ordered pick up. The masaman curry has changed. It seems ‘watered down’. Did you change the recipe? Regardless, it’s just not up to par.

This place is a new favorite. We started with Summer Rolls. For the main course my wife had Prik Pao and I had a tofu/beef Pho. I ordered Thai hot spice level and it was perfect. Good date night! Great fresh ingredients and great service. Will be going back.
