This place opened somewhat recently and I really like it. I got the Korean bbq sandwich which is pictured here. The sandwich was huge; it had so many toppings. It was a bit soggy from all the toppings but I didn’t mind.

Small place that opened recently and has a really good chicken sandwich! It was hot, not overly spicy but a great flavor. The chicken was moist with a thin crispy coating, it had a coupleof pieces of pickle on it and tall, I had to smash it to eat it! I also had the waffle fries, they had a flavoring sprinkled on them and were hot, too. They have a few popular beers on tap and a few from the local breweries in cans. The place seats around 25, I guess; it’s right on Archer Road and fairly easy to get in and out of. If they’re trying to compete with the big chain chicken and pickle place- they win!

My daughter and I found this simply by accident. She has her orthodontist appointments in Gainesville once a month and we always eat out for lunch on these trips. We originally went to Whole Foods for their hot food bar but unfortunately everything was temporarily closed as their freezer was down due to a storm that blew the motor.. So we did a quick search and found this, didn’t even have to drive out the parking lot!

Long wait times (>15 min) considering there was 8 employees working. Ordered a kids meal, fries and mac&cheese only. Sauce portions are way too large and wasteful. Breading on the chicken was falling off, soft/soggy and barely warm. Seems to be copying chick-fil-a with designs of menus and bags, and other small businesses menu items. Not the worst experience but other local chicken joints do better in my opinion.

This place has great chicken. The chicken was super crispy, juicy, and tasty. The fries were very crispy but could maybe use a bit more seasoning. They had a great variety of dipping sauces which I personally love. They offer better than your average “forms” of chicken sandwiches (i.e. bacon ranch, Korean bbq, etc) which were great flavor wise. The only problem I personally had was the mess it made. This is great for some people but for me I found it a bit of hassle so if you’re like me then definitely get lots of napkins. Additionally, I would say that if you’re getting a chicken sandwich to just eat it there – because of the mess and also it gets soggy pretty quick. This might not happen with the grilled or naked birdie but for the other ones I would assume. The customer service was great, everyone was nice and helpful!

Aren’t there for dinner that was pleasantly surprised by the great food and customer service this was our first time at the restaurant and the guy behind the counter provided excellent customer service in explaining what they had to offer my son referred to it as a store in between Chick-fil-A and PDQ. We will definitely be back….

Since it just opened yesterday, Ive only tried one menu item so far, but it was delicious! I had the Bacon Ranch Birdie. Nice thick juicy piece of chicken, friend perfectly. I will be back to try their Korean BBQ Birdie next!

Food is always really fresh. Chicken is juicy and well seasoned, waffle fries are crisp and salty, Mac and cheese is gooey and rich. I’ve tried all the sandwiches and sauces at this point and they all rule.
