I never do this But I always get the same thing mild tenders looked like it was in fryer for 2 seconds the lightness on the tenders was insane to me. Inside was pink I went back In and showed manger she said what’s wrong with it I said would you eat that urself ? She said that’s how they always look I said look I’ve never seen tenders from here like that in my life. Offered me a chicken sandwhich wouldn’t give money back. Place is ran by kids with no real supervision Dam place needs to be shut down before they kill someone. I thought maybe was just slightly underdone but I showed to 3 different family members and all said was raw. I literally ate here 2-3 times a week with no problems all I asked for was to make it right. What a joke end of rant

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat. Don’t waste your time or money at this joint. If this were my franchise, I would fire my entire staff and close the place down until I trained and hired a whole new crew. Read the other reviews!!! All of the horrible reviews are 100% accurate. Pack a lunch if you’re going to dine here, because you may have to wait 3-5 days to receive your order. This is after the employees finish making their TikTok videos. Also, if you like your chicken to still be clucking, then you will love this place. May want to get a life insurance policy out before eating here. Keep on driving when you see this place. I haven’t eaten from this restaurant in quite some time, but my husband and son normally love it. The red beans and rice was more rice and less beans, and tasted watered down with little flavor. The biscuits tasted like flour and water and were not buttery at all. There was a lot of gristle in the chicken tenders I ordered to the point that I didn’t finish them. The only thing that seemed edible was the fries, which we had to argue about getting because the employee insisted they were in the bag. I showed him what was in the bag and he finally brought the fries out. Very disappointed that we spent $60 and most of what we got was well below par.

Waited around forever for a meal that was incorrect then had to wait again because they were out of what I ordered. Then was given it finally after about 30 mins with a huge attitude. Also super bland grisly chicken and biscuit was not buttery and tasted like chemicals.

I ordered online one HR before closing and when I show up to get my order they said it wasn’t placed bc they don’t make the order until the customer shows up and they were all out of food when I paid $45 in advance for my food. I will never be coming here again. I drove 30 min and didn’t get any food also, she didn’t offer me anything as a compliment.

I usually like Popeyes chicken but honestly this is 1 of the worst Popeyes restaurants I’ve been in… they never and (I mean ever) change their grease so everytime i go there the chicken always tastes old… the few years I’ve eaten at this Popeyes, I have never had a batch of fresh fries smh I wouldn’t eat this place again for a paycheck

The chicken was not enjoyable. Too crusty, dry and salty. I do not recommend the strawberry biscuit at all. I’m still looking for the strawberries, maybe some strawberry topping. Never again!
