FLIES EVERYWHERE!! MOLDY PEANUTS!! Went to use the ketchup pump and about 10 or more fruit flies came out of the nozzle. Flies on our food constantly while eating indoors. My boyfriend ordered a bacon burger and they forgot the bacon, when he let them know they gave him cold hard precooked bacon that tasted like disgusting old grease. Yuck. Soda machines were out of syrup and what they did have was not calibrated correctly- bad flavor. Burger was beyond greasy and my bun was practically falling apart within seconds and grease dripping down my arm. Please save your money and go LITERALLY anywhere else. Not worth hype and definitely not worth the price. 2 cheeseburgers 2 regular fries and 2 drinks were $50… would never come back and don’t recommend

$50 for 2 burgers, fries, and drinks. Bacon was left off of my burger, and when asked if I could have it, they pulled it out of a topless silver container, and it was ice cold. The flies here are TERRIBLE. The ketchup pumps are home to more flies than the Congress bridge is home to bats. The burger was soggy and meat was over cooked. The fries were good but $8 a piece? No thanks. 5 guys? More like 5,000 flies!

$60 for 2 hamburgers, a junior burger, 1 fry and milkshake. Total ripoff. The burger was unseasoned and McDonald’s grade at best. Do yourself a favor and go to another fast food place for half the price.

We showed up at 9pm and the employees were swamped with customers and orders. Despite how overwhelmed they seemed, the store was clean and our food came out good. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it didn’t come out as thick or tasting how I expected. I mentioned it to the workers and Andrew was willing to make me a whole new one that tasted fantastic. Thanks Andrew for providing great customer experience and for the great food! Will definitely be returning.

Have been going to this location and five guys for a long time. Will be my last time at this location until Maria doesn’t work there anymore. I always call in for a pick up order and when I do the store manager ( i forgot his name) always has my stuff ready to go when I get there and is super nice and always has been. But today when I got there they had me labeled as “BOY” on my ticket. I paid for my food and was waiting in the same area I always wait which is near the counter where they call your name to pick up the order. (I always stand there once I pay for my food) So as I am standing there a lady that said her name was Maria told me “You need to move over there” and pointed somewhere in the store. I said I’m ok I’ll stand here and wait on my food. She said “NO I said to stand over there and wait on your food.” I told her I come in here all the time and stand here and wait on my food. She then said “SIR you need to stand over there by the tables away from our counter.” I asked for the manager and she said “I AM the manager.” I said are you the store manager and she said no he is not in today. The whole time she was pretty much yelling so everyone could hear her. I told her I wasn’t moving. She continued to tell me to move. So I was in a hurry and figured she was going to slow walk my order. Since the food wasn’t ready when I got there and I always call it in the same time every time and it has been ready every time except today. So I told her to just give me my money back. She laughed and came up to the counter laughing. I was rude back to her and then she said she wasn’t going to give me my money back. I told her You will give me my money back or we are going to have a real issue! She kept laughing and talking trash to me. So when I left I gave her a piece of my mind and left. Too bad that she works there as I have had a great experience with the store manager and he is usually in there on Saturdays. But I definitely will not be back in that store again!

Five Guys is solid. They have gotten somewhat expensive due to inflation but their service and quality of food is stellar. The staff is warm and friendly. They don’t bag your fried until you arrive for your pick up order so they are 100% hit and fresh. And the burgers are fantastic. The junior is huge, I couldn’t eat a regular. Consistently good at everything.

Wasn’t sure if I’d find five guys in Texas and was so happy to have one right by my house! I love a good simple cheeseburger cooked well the way I like it. Not many places you can go and get all the toppings for free! I had a milkshake for the first time it was great and they have lots of mixins free again! The staff were all very friendy and service was quick. I prefer over shake shake.
