I wish I can give them 0 stars because when I went to pickup my mobile order and they forgot my milkshake. The guy told me to wait for him to make my milkshake. I have been waiting for 7 minutes and no one brought my shake. Then I went back to ask for the shake and the manager made me one. The drive thru person who took my order was very rude and when I asked him for his name he shut the window in my face. You have the worst customer service!!!!! ️

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This is possibly 1 of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. You can literally wait 25 minutes, STUCK in the drive thru line, and still end up with old, dry, cold food. You’re lucky if you get straws or napkins with your order. I worked at McDonald’s as a teenager, there’s really no excuse for how terrible this store is. Shame on Management for allowing it to happen.

Customer service at McDonald’s is shot across the board. This particular location is particularly bad. Employees are completely uninterested, borderline rude. Every order over a couple items has an issue or something forgotten. It’s been this way for years now.

Awful experience. Ordered on Uber eats and food shows up in two unsealed bags and the order is completely spilled inside the bag and to top it off the order was wrong. Order two cheeseburgers plain and one has everything on it and the other has ketchup on the bun that looks like it was wiped off… I’ve never had this happen at any other McDonald’s or restaurant.

For starters, it’s annoying enough that their milkshake machine has been “temporarily down” for over a year. What made the experience even more annoying this time was that I figured I’d settle for chocolate chip cookies instead, welp I guess that was a mistake also. “Please pull forward and we’ll bring your cookies out”. . 10 minutes later I was brought pies in place of cookies (as if they’re even close in comparison). “We brought you pies instead so you didn’t have to wait anymore” the kid said. Figuring I waited long enough and I might as well wait a few more minutes, I ask “well how much longer for the cookies?”, The kid replied “…I don’t know …” As he’s walking back into the store. .
