Muffaletta not as expected. Bread was great but beyond the wall of ham it was difficult to find the salami, cheese and the 3 olives that they called olive salad. Best part of the meal was the Cheetos and coke.

For the combo platter, i ordered shrimp and fish. They gave me 1 piece of fish about the size of my palm and i got exactly 7 salty shrimps on top of a bed of fries and salad for $15. I had a burger before which was good. I will get that again but no way i would get the seafood again.

Eaten here a few times and was happy. Yesterday i ordered a redbean which had always been good before i forgot to pick it up and came just before they closed. It was awful i call the restaurant to try to get it replaced because i didnt eat it it was so awful and the “owner” i spoke with was arrogant and very rude. Never getting my business again.

Food was ok. Nothing special. Had small shrimp poboy cut in half. One side had pickles and tomatoes other side none few mostly very small shrimp but some of them had pieces of shells on them. That was a turnoff as I had to go to emergency room few years ago swallowed shrimp shell and was caught in throat from another restaurant. Was a lil bland. Crawfish rolls were small. Got 5 with order but didn’t taste like crawfish and had no crawfish tails In it that I could see. My husband had half shrimp/ oysters plate. Said his shrimp was ok but oysters were not that good.

The club salad is so good and has fresh ingredients. The staff is nice too. The only thing that I do t like is their tv is always on Fox cable news, but the food is great and reasonably priced

We I stumbled upon this place by accident… Great place to stop by for lunch… There are many choices salads, sandwiches, muffulettas and desserts.

I have eaten their food in the restaurant a year ago and gave them another try, this time taking it to go. The place is a family oriented lunch only stop. The food was average at best with decent helpings but the menu is priced incorrectly for years on line according to the owner. The meru in the restaurant has oysters on it in 4 places and according to the owner and his hostess they havn’t sold any for over a year and won’t because of price. The Oyster dealers told me the price has been roughly the same since the BP disaster increase in April 2010. Regardless of the fact, thousands are still selling oysters in The New Orleans Area alone.

Food is consistently tasty and served quickly whether you feel like a sloppy roast beef poboy or a delightful grilled shrimp over pasta with a squeeze of lemon. But the best part is the warm and genuine customer care provided by Courtney, Semetra and Alicia, just what we want at lunch in Metairie. It keeps me coming back for more!
