The food is fine but the teenagers who were so unenthused to have customers at the moment. All of them were sitting down eating and on their phone’s. Very what you want and hurry up attitude. While putting my order together she threw my bag of chips at the register. I will think twice before visiting this location again.

I came in about 30 minutes before close and before I even walked in the door their workers were shaking their head at me. I was greeted with an extremely rude attitude from both workers, I was as nice as possible since I knew they were closing soon but they continued to have an unprofessional attitude towards me. They didn’t take the time to make my food correctly, they had their ovens turned off before they closed so my quesadilla wasn’t heated up properly and they kept trying to rush me out even though they were still open for 25 minutes because didn’t want to wait for the ovens to heat up. I was extremely disappointed with the service and my food as well, will not be coming back to this location and wouldn’t recommend it.

I guess they (Ohio) tell time differently in NY. But if the store says closing at 10p.m. That means 10:00p.m. Not 9:50p.m nor 9:52p.m or anything short of 10:00p.m. Ensure time clocks reflect that as well, because my gas tank definitely noticed. Nonetheless-Enjoy your night by all means

Was just there. Gave me two burrito wraps, a bunch of rice, charged for queso but got literally so less I didn’t taste it, an they forgot my sour cream. So my burrito tasted like rice on bread or something. Bland as it can get. Didn’t help they gave me no meat because they didn’t have much chicken left

Purchased the Chicken power bowl and wad told AFTER payment that they were out of a few ingredients. Charged the normal amount, not given the option for a discount either?? When they already knew? Was also told that because the power bowl isn’t a popular seller they don’t even purchase the supergreens because it “just goes bad”. Not at all good business. So many issues with this experience today

I stopped in to pick my wife up dinner on Sunday Dec 19th around 830pm. By now, most of the crew here knows me and what I order. The 3 employees working that night were super friendly and very efficient. The girl goes, “you’re the one with the onions right?” they know my wife likes tons of onions on her bowl. It’s nice when employees go out of their normal routine to remember a customer and show that they appreciate your business. This is a great location. It has lifetime customers with our family!!
