We don’t have Jollibee in Australia and I wanted to eat chickenjoy while on our US trip. The chicken in this joint is so juicy, just like the one in the Philippines but better I guess. The burger steak is also nice and even the pineapple juice. I was really happy after I’ve dined here. The only thing I didn’t like much is the palabok, it will probably taste better if lemon was given with it. I will definitely come back again. I love their chicken

Food was pretty good. We felt like the noodle portion was smaller than another location and the sauce amount was inconsistent with my parter’s who ordered the same meal. The cashier misunderstood our order and had to fix it. It’s attached to a shopping center which was nice to check out after we ate.

The Guy who assisted my husband has fake attitude. Forgot that the order supposed to be spicy. Even assured that they have spicy. One of the cook said to him what was the order about and he just told him that he didn’t understand what my husband was saying so he was all smiling when he did the order in front of us and makes fun after he finished processing the payment. Bad customer service and next time pay attention to what is asked not pretending to be listening without comprehension and understanding what is going on. Pa ngiti ngiti kapa eh epal ka Naman. Disappointed! Waited my order for more than 20mins handed to me with rush ..even prep rush too maybe coz went home check my food ordered palabok the box was busted up spill all over and worst was I ordered spicy chicken sandwich”deluxe.” but when open it ..I’m shocked coz thinking a kindergarten kid can make sandwich even better than what I get from jollibee !a whole lettuce to small bun ?! So sloppy and not fresh it’s watery ,bun is soak wet..??! don’t know if the crew were train well to do sandwich ! ..I lost my appetite to eat so I didn’t eat my order! ;(

Tried the chicken sandwich. It was juicy but lacked flavor. It needed a sauce or spices. They had a spicy version but wanted to try the original first. Plenty of lettuce and a large slice of tomato. I feel the bun was also much bigger than the chicken. The wait was about 10 minutes from ordering to pickup.
