Ruined Christmas Dinner. We bought two packs of ham slices to have with our guests. When we opened them there was nothing but ham shreds, nothing that could be called a slice. On top of that, more than half of it was mostly fat. Been buying HBH for many years…never again. Thankfully we had some leftovers from Christmas Eve.

Went there on Saturday afternoon and they were out of everything, on Easter weekend and then ended up getting a ham , they did not even tell me that the sold ham there I had to ash a customer, bought the ham which for the price should have been top notch, they put the ham in a torn bag which dripped all over my leather seat to start out ,got it home and it was dry with not much flavor, pretty much ruined Easter, so much for their guaranteed customer service she blew me off and then tried to call store and called twice with no answer and left a message and it’s been 2 days ,so obviously they are too busy and don’t need any more customers. I will tell all my customers about this experience and they all can tell their friends and acquaintance and hopefully someone will get the message ,stay away from this place they just don’t care !!!!!

My boyfriends company ordered turkeys for everyone for Xmas. We decided on the Cajun turkey. It says the turkey is fully cooked, but to cook it for a couple of hours…( I thought to make sure the turkey was hot throughout) well I cooked it for 3 1/2 hours. The turkey was NOT done…very disappointed because I love the ham here.

Friendly food specialists. Open well lit relaxing atmosphere. Miss the old menu and my pickle sidekick, but the new potato salad choice is very tasty. The employees careful preparation of the lunch selections make it worth visiting several times a week. Nice holiday meal packages.
