I ordered a pizza for delivery. I work at a local business and ordered it to the door where I was sitting doing security in front of cameras. The pizza was never delivered there was a feeble attempt at a text message even though it is clearly marked where the delivery was supposed to go and the person said that they were at the door and sent a text which I could not answer because I was working and instead of coming in and verifying if this is where the pizza was supposed to go the door dash driver just drove off. When I called the business to inquire about refunding my money I was told that this was ““ my problem, that driver texted you!” After attempting to explain to the manager that I cannot have my phone on me at work and that the driver did text me that he was at The door where the delivery was requested in his text message but instead of coming in he just drove off. the manager refuse to give me her name or any way to resolve the issue it was the worst delivery experience that I have ever had I suggest anyone do not order from this place. I was very excited as my first week on the job and I was treating my staff as I am one of the new managers I wast going to treat dinner w my new employees! again extremely disappointing very unprofessional

Wow! So now you have to pay extra to get your toppings all the way out to the edge of the pizza! We didn’t elect this wonderful new price gouge, and our pizza arrived with nothing but cheese on the outer 3rd of its diameter, which (for all you geometry geeks) means about half its area had no toppings.. But it was delicious!

I arrived when the app said my pizza was ready and learned one pizza was ready and one was not. I then had to wait an additional 30 minutes to take home one hot and one cold pizza. No one apologized for the wait. The icing on the cake was when I got home and one of the pizzas wasn’t even what we’d ordered.

No one wore gloves!!!!! I’m done I took the food and just threw it away. The lady had long nails no gloves. One dude scratched his head and went back to pressing out the dough..The manager took my money then went back and start catching the pizzas and boxing them. No gloves didn’t wash his hands before he started boxing the pizzas..Just very disappointed….
