I have never had a bad experience here. I love their pizza sliders and mocha milkshakes. The only bad thing that I could say about this particular location is that the drive thru is really slow. Other than that the employees are usually nice and courteous.

Usually we are delighted to stop by Arby’s in Harlan Kentucky, but today was the exception to the rule. The food was lukewarm at best, the buns were chewy, and the French fries were cold. We were disappointed.
