Came in during the 9pm dinner rush to find a Corporate/District Manager holding a Managers meeting while there is a shipment truck outside and a crazy drive through line with only three staff members manning the rush and half the entrees sold out. Then I was told I had to wait 30min for the truck to be finished unloading in order to order my food. Needless to say I disrupted the Manager’s meeting to ask if it seemed fare that I guest should have to wait 30mins for food because of a shipment? Obviously that got management up and moving but clearly the management running this location are completely out of touch with their guests and are not mindful of their employees. To the girls who were holding down the rush you are the true heroes and I apologize that you have such out of touch Management. Food isn’t even served in the large to go boxes like before and they serve you small amounts in separate containers that doesn’t even amount to what you pay for. Sadly this was a very sad and disappointing visit. To the managers, you are six blocks away from a major hospital who’s staff depends on this location not only for it’s food but convenience and efficiency. After working a long shift we want to come in get fresh food and get out. Stop being hung up on numbers and focus on the community that you serve and learn to better schedule your shipments and staff meetings. Thank you.

They will not cook new food after a certain arbitray time between 8pm and closing. Go after 9pm and you can only buy leftovers. Yesterday they told me they had 3 entrees and no side dishes i bought the 3 entrees and only one of them had meat the rest where just the remianing vegetables of the previously meat filled entrees.

The food here is pretty fast. Good for lunch time. The seating is still closed so your order is to go. The teriyaki chicken I like. The the angus beef and shrimp entree are extra but I like them as well. The large drinks are very big. Raspberry tea is my go to when coming here. It’ll be nice once . One worker walked all the way across the store to tell me the seating is closed when typing this review. Sign, please open up. Thx

this is the THIRD time i come through the drive through hours before closing and they claim to not have white rice… this time i asked why because it’s just seems ridiculous that it keeps happening , and the answer i got is that it takes 40 minutes to make… keep in mind they don’t close for another 2 hours. why not make it before the last batch runs out? then upon asking another worker if there was any left they said yes … so at this point it’s a stupid game of deceitful laziness. re circled the drive through, confronted them, and was told it’s not possible. do better. this places service has gone down hill.

Consistent Panda Express flavor and great quantity. This never disappoints me. Always a plus to go half rice, half chow mein. And orange chicken and Beijing beef are always my favorite two options. If you want that nostalgic flavor, this will not disappoint.
