Rice hard as a rock every single time. Tonight wife went to mezcalito and got the ACP, I got 2 veggie burritos and a Mexican pizza thinking I’d get a better deal. I paid a dollar MORE and she got more and better food. Close the store if you can’t compete with an actual restaurant in quality, quantity or price.

It’s frustrating that you guys have the restrooms blocked. If your employees can use the restroom so should the customers, if you’re really concerned about the virus there are plenty of other restaurants that are open for take out as well and have their restrooms open, it doesn’t take but at least a good check up once an hr just like everyone else does it, don’t be lazy

People working in there always have attitudes at the window as if they see customers as an inconvenience. I was the only person there and they still messed my order up, even after reading it back to me to make sure it was correct. I keep trying to give this location a chance because I understand folks have bad days, but I’ve never had a good experience at this location.

Went through the drive through. The lady at the window gave us the wrong change, we tried to explain it to her and didn’t understand. Never got a receipt. Ordered a number 6 two chicken chalupa no tomatoes. What did I get? Two beef chalupas with tomatoes. If I wanted beef I would have ordered tacos. My husband got the Mexican pizza no sour cream & it was caked with sour cream.

While I was ordering one of the cashiers thought it was a great idea to pull out her nail clippers and start working/fixing on her broken nail…at the counter. The whole inside of the restaurant is disgusting. Lots of dust on the air vents on the ceiling and almost all the tables were visibly dirty. I love Taco Bell and have had it many times. This was my worst Taco Bell experience thus far. My taco was okay but the burrito sucked. The steak in my burrito looked like cat food…not exaggerating. Avoid this location.

If you had a negative numbered scale it would fit this location!!! FILTHY FLOORS, TABLES…. The chalupa shell tasted like it was made last week. If I didn’t want to cause them to loose business I would have complained but since their customers were so few already I showed them some mercy. DO NOT RECOMMEND
