This was my first time at JM. I was in the restaurant for 45 minutes before I had a sandwich in my hand. They didn’t take my name and had no idea which sub was mine. I understand it was lunch time and they were busy, but it seemed like online orders took precedence over in store orders. They couldn’t decide what sandwiches to make and myself and several others waited an extremely long time. Sandwich was good but not worth the wait.

Went for opening and it was crazy busy and okay service. I understood they were busy. Went a second time and ended up just walking out as no one could figure out what sandwich to work on and had no order to anything. I absolutely understand being new and what not but this was a slow time of the day and still waited 20 minutes just to leave empty handed. They need serious organization help.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Jersey Mikes but don’t go to this one. They gave me the wrong size and with toppings I asked to have kept off. Due to allergies I had to discard the whole sandwich. After explaining I couldn’t eat the sandwich they messed up, there was no offer for a remake or compensation. Go spend your money at Popeyes

Went to pick up lunch for myself and my Jersey Mike’s loving husband. It was perfect! They took a lot of effort to make sure that it was made perfectly. I get my sandwich made in a bowl and this was the first time they cut my tomatoes and onions in any of the stores. You could see that all of the employees took the extra effort to make the food.
