Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered 16 pc garlic parmesan boneless wings. When order was placed said that carryout would be a 15 minute wait. After placing the order, the time was dragged further and further out. After over an hour of waiting I call the store during open hours and their voicemail says that they have already closed. So, I drive up to the store to see what is really going on. As I am sitting there waiting at the drive through window there’s 3 employees just standing at the front counter having social hour. Then, once I do make it to the window the employee immediately gets the wings that have been done for some time by time I get there. Yet, there was ZERO communication about updating my order that was set up for txt messaging alerts for updates on the order and when to head to the store to pick up my order. All their online system could do was drag my order out further and further for pickup times. If anyone wants their food on time and in a timely manner, DON’T GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!

Recently my girlfriend and I have been ordering pizza from Pizza hut in Schoolcraft. 4 pizzas in the last 6 weeks. We really like the meatball, banana peppers and extra cheese pie. The manager is very helpful and we have been getting wonderful creations. This combination is delicious.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza and 2 flavors of boneless wings at 5:38 on a Tuesday night and at 6:45 the order was still not delivered so called the store and the employee said she needed to check with her manager then came back to say it should be delivered any minute as the driver was new. I live less than 5 min away from the location and had I known it would take this long I would’ve gone to pick it up. 30 min after being told the order would be delivered “any minute” the delivery driver showed up and all the food was cold. There was hardly any sauce on the boneless wings and the toppings were very skimpy on the pizza. Will probably not be ordering again.

Worst service ever. We ordered a big box with a side of blue cheese. We did not order no contact. The driver dropped it at the door. It wasn’t as ordered. Then when I stepped out the door after the driver knocked on my door I stepped on the food. It was missing part of my order. I have never had a good experience with this pizza hut, but this was absolutely the worse. After calling them the you manager said that I threatened the drivers life. That’s why he dropped it, knocked and left. I don’t even know the driver. Definitely a different driver than the last one I met a couple months ago. Be careful with these people. They are not honest and don’t know what customer service is. Kids these days don’t know customer service.
