The best outdoor patio to sit and enjoy when the weather is nice. Service was great. Salad wedge came out quite yellow, but was quickly replaced with a beautiful green wedge when we notified server. Other than that, all the food was delicious. The sliced Prime Rib sandwich was unreal. I was full after half, but it was one of those things that I just had to finish and stuff myself because it was so good. My wife enjoyed Brussels, and we both loved the sweet potato fries. The cocktails are as good as expected as well. Overall this place is definitely recommendable and we will return.

Our first visit to this outstanding restaurant! Great blackened salmon and tuna salads BUT the atmosphere and expansive menus immediately enticed us to comment to each other early in our meals — we have to come back soon! Michelle, daytime hostess, greeted us warmly and made is feel welcome. Emma, our waitress, was attentive and informative. We can’t wait to come back and dine on the patio!

This place was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were visiting his family for Easter, and this is where they took us for Easter Brunch. I ordered the Soho, and it was so tasty! My husband and his family all ordered steaks, and they were all raving over how good they were. The restaurant was very busy for Easter brunch, so the waiter was slow to bring our appetizers. They also ran out of potatoes as a side dish (which many of our meals came with) which was disappointing. This is why I took off a star, otherwise the food was awesome!

The place wasn’t too busy, but we had to wait to be seated because the host was off somewhere. The server was well informed and took good care of us. The burger was good and the prime French dip was really good. A nice charming place for a cold winter day.

We had tried Bakersfield a few years ago and were not very impressed, but decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, we were less than impressed. At the outset, however, I must say that our server/bartender Jody was absolutely great. The food was not impressive. I had ordered the Gold Coat Sandwich (a grilled fish sandwich) and it came out cold even though it was a hot sandwich. This tells me that the fish is not made to order or they served me a prior mistake and forgot to re-heat the sandwich. At these prices that is really unacceptable regardless of the explanation. Mind you the restaurant was not busy at all and the food came out quickly. My wife ordered the Lulu Chicken and it was even worse. The chicken also tasted re-heated and the cauliflower rice sat in a puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl. Again, the impression was that this was pre-made or a re-heated mistake. Very disappointing meal.

The foodie excellent. Our server was amazing, Elaina/Alaina, not sure on the spelling. The one thing I would say is that the food is priced pretty high. Right up there with Gibson’s and some of the big name restaurants. Food is high quality but 4 small scallops on a plate with risotto and greens are $32. I believe similarly priced establishments in the area give you more food for the price.
